The Fondation en faveur de l’art chorégraphique, who organizes the Prix de Lausanne is seeking a full-time Artistic Director / Chief Executive Officer for a five years period. The post holder will be based in Lausanne and lead the Prix de Lausanne organization to continued success and influence in the international ballet community, will report to the President of the Board of Trustees and work closely with the Board.

The successful candidate will :

• have 15+ years experience, including a leadership position with an internationally respected ballet organization,
• have been responsible for ballet education programming, performance planning and execution, fundraising and board relations, with demonstrated success in growing the organization.
• be a recognized leader in the global ballet community.

Compensation package will be competitive.
