Classes for local students

Every year, during the Prix de Lausanne, we open our doors to students from dance schools in French-speaking Switzerland. This year, we are delighted to invite them to two ballet classes and one contemporary class at the Théâtre de Beaulieu. The classes will take place on Tuesday 30 January, Wednesday 31 January and Thursday 1 February at the following times:

• Tuesday 30 January, 5pm-6:15pm: ballet class given by Clairemarie Osta

Students are then invited to attend the event “Meet the Jury” at the Théâtre de Beaulieu at 6.30pm.

• Wednesday 31 January, 4:15pm-5:30pm: contemporary dance class given by Lakey Evans-Peña

Students are then invited to attend the free Choreographic Evening at the Théâtre de Beaulieu at 6pm. Accompanying adults can buy a ticket at the ticket office.

• Thursday 1 February, 5pm-6:15pm: ballet class given by Yoel Carreño.

These classes are for students aged 14 to 19 who have been practising ballet for at least 5 years, at intermediate/advanced level.

Participation in the classes is free, but registration is compulsory. The deadline for registration is Friday 26 January. The number of students is limited to 30 per class. Only the first 30 registrations will be taken into account for each class.
