2015 Prix de Lausanne registration

Registration for the 2015 Prix de Lausanne is open from September 1st to 30th, 2014.

There are two important steps that have to be done before September 30th 2014 in order to participate to the video selection:

1. Submit the online registration form and pay the first registration fee

2. Submit your medical record

The video file must be submit online before October 31st, 2014.

Results of the video selection will be announced on November 10th, 2014.
