Elena Dombrowski was born near Paris, France, and began her ballet training at the age of 4.

In September 2014 she moved to Mougins/Cannes and continued her studies at the Pôle National Supérieur de Danse Rosella Hightower.
On her last year of studies in January 2023, she joined the Czech National Ballet‘s corps de ballet in Prague. In the same year, she won the Prix de Lausanne’s 2024 Young Creation Award.

She danced in several ballets: Tramway of desire by John Neumeier ; La Fille Mal Gardée by Frederick Ashton ; Onegin, Romeo and Juliet, Swan Lake by John Cranko ; Cinderella by Jean Christophe Maillot ; La Sylphide by Johan Kobborg, and on these last months, in Fly paper bird by Marco Goecke.

As Young Creation Award winner, Elena coaches her winning contemporary variation Tout va bien? during the 52nd edition of the Prix de Lausanne.
