Kseniya Kosava

Born in Minsk, Belarus, Kseniya Kosava is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Dance at Palucca University of Dance in Dresden, Germany, since August 2023. She has an extensive dance education background, having studied at the Belarusian State Choreographic Gymnasium-College in Minsk from 2021 to 2023 and at the SMART DANCE Contemporary Dance Centre from 2010 to 2023. Additionally, she trained at the Ballet School of Vezhnovets in Minsk from 2013 to 2019.

Kseniya is skilled in various dance styles, including ballet, modern, and contemporary dance, with proficiency in techniques, such as improvisation, contact improvisation, and jazz. She has participated in notable training programs, including a summer school at the Dutch National Ballet Academy in Amsterdam in July 2023 and a collaboration with the YAGP International Contemporary Youth Ensemble in Tel Aviv, Israel, in 2022. In 2023, she performed at the YAGP Gala in New York, showcasing choreography by Ohad Naharin and Sharon Eyal.

Passionate about contemporary dance since childhood, Kseniya has participated in numerous international contemporary dance events, embracing various approaches to the style and continually experimenting with her craft.

Among her accolades, she was honored as the Winner of the Young Creators Awards at the Prix de Lausanne in Switzerland in 2024.
