Miguel Artur Alves Oliveira

Miguel Artur Alves Oliveira started dancing ballet at the young age of 5 years old in his city Brasília as he was inspired by his mother and by his older brother. In 2019, he moved to Goiânia to continue his training at the Junior Company of Centro de Educação em Artes Basileu França. He spent 3 years there and in his last year he participated in the Prix se Lausanne 2022, where he was offered a scholarship to the School of the Hamburg Ballet – John Neumeier. In his last year in the Theaterklasse, he participated in the “Young Creation Award” of the Prix de Lausanne 2024. In August of 2024, he started his first season working with the Bundesjugendballett – John Neumeier
